At the beginning of the year, Twist watched his brother go home, separated from him for the first time in his life… It has to be Twist’s turn next! His brother Twain has settled in beautifully at home and we cannot wait to see Twist have the same.
Twist is feeling a little lost and after 319 days in kennels and surviving a Romanian public shelter, he deserves to have the same chance and to be happy.
Last year we helped to rescue two boys from certain death who were in a public shelter.
One of those boys is handsome Twist, he's come on a long journey since he was found with his brother so matted and dirty. He had all of his hair shaved off, was neutered and had a dental.
Considering he's been through this he remains a wonderful and happy boy who is desperately searching for a family to call his own.
Twist is a bouncy boy who had probably never been in a home before, he's fine with dogs out and about but we don't know how he would be living with another dog. Possibly a female dog or no dogs would be better for him. He absolutely loves people and loves his cuddles. Despite the awful start to his life, we are so proud that Twist remains so happy.
Twist hasn't been cat tested and we are unable to cat test at the kennels so a cat free home would be safer!
He can live with children over 12 who are dog Savvy. He needs lots of love and TLC after everything he's been through. He is neutered and based in South Wales.
