Hiya, whoever has taken the time to read this, I would like to say a huge thank you, as my best friend and I have been waiting & waiting for the right time to put it out there into the Universe that we would love to take on a new addition to our little family.
We have known eachother for over 27 years and have recently made the commitment to take on a joint tenancy together, neither of us are married, (don't intend to anytime soon, for me I know that it will never happen anyway, especially as I've been engaged 3 times lol ) and are soo happy enjoying the stability , security and pure contentment, it took a lot for us as best friends to get here and I gotta say its been worth the wait.
In 2011 I adopted my first Pom called Charlie B it was love at first sight, he was at least a year old but it didn't matter especially when the girl whom Charlie belonged to was expecting her 4th child and Charlie wasn't the only pet she owned, also her boyfriend was a bit too hands on (if you know what I mean) when it came to Charlie, I'm sure it was probably because he was the smallest of dogs that they owned, so I saw her advert on Gumtree & quickly got in touch & I am soo glad that I did & I have never looked back since.
For a small dog who had experienced an unsettled puppy life, as soon as the girl opened the car door he came running up to me & into my arms, before he was dropped off I went a bit wild and bought everything a dog would ever want and need, Charlie was MY first dog so it was imperative to me that I made sure he had everything. Everybody loved him , there was nothing not to love about Charlie, during the past 14 yrs he has been my best friend, my protector, the funniest little character ! He has been by my side through my darkest times and with my at my happiest & I honestly feel that he is mature enough to except an another pom pup, an addition to our loving family.
My best friend & I have a large 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with gardens back and front and Cosmeston lakes a 20 mins walk down the road where I usually take Charlie, they have an awesome Dog walking trail and Dog walking groups once a walk, it's a dogs paradise.
So my best friend and I have spoke about it and we both know in our hearts it would be a dream come true for us to have another pom and for Charlie to have a brother or sister.
My friend BTW grew up with family dogs so he's always been amazing when it comes to Charlie, he always knows what to do in a crisis and he's always been amazing to my boy !
