I breed pedigree whippets and my own strain of small, rough coated lurcher, which are specifically bred to be family members, and not working hounds. All of my puppies and our adult dogs can be seen on my Celticmoon Hounds facebook page, so new owners can follow their puppy's progress and know they are being brought up in the best possible way. I am licenced and inspected by our local authority and all of my dogs undergo a thorough veterinary health check yearly. My dogs are members of the family - I do not have kennels - and live very happily in our home with our cats. Puppies are fully health tested, very well socialised and cat friendly! All puppies have breed health tests, and are lavishly reared with health, excellent temperament and good looks being the priority. My dogs are featured on my celticmoonhounds facebook page, and new owners can see their puppy from birth until it leaves us on my frequently uploaded videos, so that they can rest assured that their puppy has had the very best start in life. I have been breeding quality puppies for nearly fifty years, and was a regular exhibitor at major dog shows all over the UK, including Crufts, with my whippets and deerhounds. I ensure that my puppies go to the right homes where they will be loved and cherished - so please don't be offended if I ask you some questions - and I offer help and guidance for any new puppy owner throughout their dog's life.
