My name Lisa, I'm the founder of Freyadore Cumbria. I have over 35 years of experience with dogs and throughout all my life my pets have always been a part of the family. Freyadore Cumbria began after Covid when my partner Oli & I got our first family dog, a WCS the perfect addition to our little family, KC-‘Tynegreen Sheila* (Zena) *now ‘of Freyadore’ and shortly later added our Dachshund Missy. We decided to breed Zena as she is an excellent dog, a very fast learner, with FTCH bloodlines and we wanted to continue those great lines and help the breed live on. The love for breeding started there! We got our own Kennel Club name, kept our first litter and we now have our exceptional Freyadore Cumbria Family. I have bred Cocker Spaniels, Dachshunds & Dockers. I feature on Rover.com in an informative article based on the Docker breed (cocker X dachshund). Oli & I have worked extremely hard to build our small family business as it is today. We line our bitches with the finest Studs in the UK with exceptional champion bloodlines, from highly reputable field trial trainers. I am very passionate about my job and dogs. We are now years in & we love it! We do this for the love of the breeds and to provide top quality dogs with potential to be champions & or the most loving, loyal & well balanced pets 🫶🐶 We are fully licensed & hold ourselves at a very high standard. We always set puppies up with a fantastic beginning to their lives, preparing them for their new homes and the verity of different environments they may grow up in.
