Bordoodles are a purposely designed cross between the two most intelligent breeds of dogs, the Border collie and the Poodle. Our breeding plans are carefully planned and considered to establish the very best traits of character and conformation from generation to generation. We study pedigrees and bloodlines and select only those dogs that will compliment our bitches, our bitches are first and foremost precious members of our family and we take great care ensuring they are in peak fitness and in the best of health before we consider mating them. We only breed from outstanding examples of the breed who have been screened under the relevant health schemes and display an excellent temperament and sound character. This cross between the Border Collie and Poodle has resulted in a very low shedding dog (similar coat to Cockapoos) and can be suitable for those with allergies and asthma. Bordoodles have inherited the best that both breeds have to offer, kind, intelligent and devoted natures.
