About us
Nestled in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, my 16 Golden Retrievers live a life of freedom and joy, without the confines of kennels. Surrounded by rolling hills, lush green meadows, and the gentle sounds of nature, they thrive in an idyllic countryside setting that feels like a paradise made just for them. Each day begins with the sun rising over the Dales, casting a golden light that matches the beautiful coats of my dogs as they bound through the fields, tails wagging in unison.
With no kennels to restrict them, my retrievers roam freely, exploring their surroundings with boundless enthusiasm. They have the freedom to chase butterflies, splash in the nearby streams, and roll in the soft grass, their playful barks echoing through the valleys. Each dog has a unique personality: some are calm and gentle, preferring to sit by my side or nap in the shade of an ancient oak, while others are full of mischief, always up for a game of fetch or a friendly tussle. Their loyalty and affection know no bounds, and they greet each day with the same unwavering zest for life.
The absence of kennels means they are never confined; instead, they have cozy spots inside our home, soft beds by the fireplace, and sunny patches on the lawn where they can rest and relax after a day of adventure. Evenings are a special time when they gather together, lying close, their eyes reflecting the warm glow of the setting sun. This sense of togetherness, combined with their gentle nature, makes them not just pets but an integral part of our family.
Living in the Yorkshire Dales, my Golden Retrievers have the best of both worlds—a loving home without barriers and endless open space to explore.
