Winston is a big baby who loves nothing more than a cuddle and a brush. He is a high energy boy that requires ALOT of attention and for not like to be left alone. He will sometimes chew things if he can access them. He has had a difficult past and was given to us with false information and we are heartbroken to have to now rehome him. He shows some fear aggression when he perceives himself having done something wrong and will warn with a growl or mouthing. He will however, connect with you very quickly and win you over ! He knows some tricks (sit, paw, lay down and rollover) but can be a little ignorant/ stubborn about performing those if there’s nothing in it for him. He needs to go to a child and pet free home and he does not get on with them and given his fear aggression, is not a great mix (reason we’re rehoming). Winston loves attention from adults and will sit in front of anyone he meets to demand a stroke, this does mean however that he will bark when visitors come over unless he is getting their attention. With the right training this could be worked through. Despite his unique behavioural issues, he is really a gentle giant and will make an amazing pet for somebody with the right circumstances. We will want o vet and do a home visit for anybody wanting to rehome Winston.
