From Larice herself
I have been in foster for 2 whole weeks . When I came, I was a very tired girl from the journey, so it took me a while to settle, my mum stayed with me all night as I cried a little, but now I sleep downstairs with my big sis, she is so good with me, and we cuddle up together.
I am still working on my toilet training. ☹ My foster mum tells me not to worry it will come in time. I am so tiny I only have a little bladder. She praises me when I pp on the puppy pads so I am getting there. I am tall for a little one. I was measured and my legs are 6 inches long and I have a 12inch chest 😊 I am 5 months old, born around the end of Nov and wishing to grow soon.
I like chicken, and I love my small feeds as I have about 4/5 throughout the day as my tum is tiny. I really love my food and I licks the bowl clean 😊 my mum laughs at me!
So, I am a very very quiet one and the hoomans wish I would bark but I just don’t need too, I am very laid back, mellow, little one, I love nothing than sitting beside you and cuddling and flopping everywhere, it is just the best feeling in this whole big world of mine.
I have been for a walk but I’m not too sure about these as my little legs tire quickly and I get cold too, so I have a lovely jacket and jumper, I just follows my mum, she says this is really good.
Where do I see myself in the future….
I, Larice would like a nice home with someone that loves me and does not shout, they must like me cuddling next to them or sitting on their knees as I feel so safe like this, they can be older hoomans who like a slow stroll, I can live with cats and furries as I have these now and I don’t mind them at all and perhaps another doggy.
I would like a garden to play in but it does not need to be big as you will see from my pictures how small I am. I have not really bothered with the toys but there is a nice tennis ball I like that.
I don’t think I would like a mad house! I think a nice quiet home would suit me more, I like visitors too as I just sit on them and get lots of cuddles.
We can go walking but not too far though as I need a rest, or you can pick me up that would be good too.
I also have a little trick where I like to pull my tongue out this makes people laugh – I hope I get lots of interest and the best ones are chosen as my furevers!! that would be so nice for me.

Like so many dogs before her and so many to come after, this tiny little girl was thrown away far from anywhere. She would never had survived if some kind soul had not picked her up at brought her too our volunteer
