French Bulldog Looking for a Loving New Home
We’re looking to rehome our French Bulldog, whom we welcomed into our family a couple of weeks ago after sadly losing our previous dog. We were told he was fully trained, but after bringing him home, we realized he still needs some additional training.
He does well with toileting in the garden and on walks, and his recall is decent—though it could use some improvement. He knows basic commands like “sit” and “paw,” but he’s still learning others. We’ve been working with him and will continue to do so until he finds his forever home.
He’s fantastic with cats, other dogs, and children. He’s a sweet, affectionate dog who loves back scratches and cuddles. However, with a two-year-old in our home, we’re finding that he requires more one-on-one training than we’re currently able to provide. While some may not find this an issue, our little one needs more attention, making it difficult for us to give him the training he deserves.
We believe he’d do well as an only pet, but he would also thrive in a home with another dog to play with. Most importantly, we want him to go to a loving home where someone has the time and patience to continue his training.
He is crate-trained and sleeps in his crate at night. He will come with his crate, harness and lead, treats, food, a bed, and a couple of toys.
