Absolutely stunning male crested gecko. Zen was imported in 2019 from the US as a baby, and has proven himself a fantastic breeder by both myself and a couple of others. He produces quality babies every time and passes on his dark base, and of course, the LW gene part of the time.
Unfortunately, he is NOT a friendly gecko, so would not do for kids/for someone looking for a handling gecko. He may even out without any females or other males around, but in the height of breeding season, he will bite and alligator roll, and has drawn blood from me on a number of occasions.
Despite this, he is well-behaved with female geckos, and has co-habbed with our girl at the beginning of breeding season before being separated without issue. Though I would not keep him year round.
His ideal home would be someone who either wants a very pretty and active gecko to keep in a display enclosure, or as a breeder.
