I rescued some birds a few months ago and have brought them back to good condition, looking for great pet only homes. These poor birds came from cramped aviaries and had a rough start to life which resulted in feather picking. There may be signs of this but condition has improved a lot and our vet said it was down to a poor diet which I’ve fixed.
One cockatiel who was hand tamed. He or She is quite friendly once she gets to know you and will take millet from your hand.
3 finches, all happily flying around.
These birds cannot be hosted together as finch’s and cockatiels have different requirements. They do not come with cages so proof of set up will be required. I will be asking lots of questions about your experience and set up.
