πΆ BRUNO (formerly Ricky) is a nearly 2-year-old small Bichon, possibly a cross (8kg). He is shy with new people (can bark and growl), but warms up fast and is incredibly loving, loyal, and adores children. His world revolves around his familyβhe wants to be with his people at all times.
πΆ BRUNO has some fear issues with strangers, initially barking and growling at new people. But once he feels safe, he transforms into the happiest, most affectionate boy. His fosters say: "After an hour of sitting on the floor with him, letting him approach on his own terms, he is your best friend in the world!"
πΆ BRUNO needs a home with people who will give him time to trust and a calm approach to help him feel secure.

πΎ Separation Anxiety: BRUNO cannot cope being left alone and will bark continuously. He needs a home where someone is around most of the time. If left alone, he takes a long time to settle and can be very vocal.
πΎ Stranger Fear: BRUNO is very nervous meeting new people. He will bark/growl at first but quickly bonds when given space and reassurance. A home that understands how to build trust gently will help him thrive.
πΎ Excitement Humping: He gets overexcited and humps people/animals, so this will need continued training and boundaries.
