🐶 Banty is a 2-year-old smallish-medium -sized (very much below knee) girl with an incredibly gentle nature. She initially settled well in a peaceful, open-plan house of a Foster family. But the house was sold, and since moving to a smaller, busier place, Banty has been struggling, so she needed to move to a different foster where she settled great, especially because there is another playful dog.

Banty’s journey has not been easy. She was found wandering alone in a war-torn area of Ukraine, desperately searching for safety and kindness. Despite her rough start, she has remained sweet, gentle, and hopeful, ready to trust and love again. When she first arrived in the UK, Banty settled beautifully in a quiet, spacious home. But her new environment has proven too overwhelming. A friendly Resident dog would be a great help for Bantg

🐶 Banty is an intelligent, affectionate girl who thrives in calm, gentle environments
She’s cautious around new people —not aggressive, but easily frightened. Banty’s favourite activities include gentle walks, belly rubs, head scratches, and playful games of chase. She responds well to positive reinforcement and loves treats. Her recall is good when you kneel down with a treat and use a pointing gesture to the ground. Though she struggles in busy, chaotic environments, Banty has all the potential to thrive in a calm, loving home with the right care and patience.
