We’re absolutely gutted to have to do this but we’re looking to rehome our Girl Salem. She is a 1 year old Cane Corso. She is such a loving girl very friendly with anyone, good around my two kids and they love her to pieces. She just struggles massively with being on her own and it seems to be getting worse, she is so destructive when left on her own and the damage she has done is just getting too much for us, especially with a baby on the way. She would need someone who is home all the time and can give her the constant attention she needs. She would also need to be an only dog as she is very reactive with other dogs, including on walks. When we are home with her she is absolutely good as gold and it’s such a shame but we just can’t offer her what she needs and we’ve tried so many different things. We just want her to go to the right home that can give her exactly what she deserves. She walks pretty good on a lead but will pull/jump/bark/cry when seeing other dogs so she would also need someone who is experienced handling large breeds. She is also microchipped and vaccinations are up to date and the cards can be provided for that. Honestly we as a family are absolutely heartbroken but we just can’t see any other option.
