Little baby Rudi is in his foster home in Essex, he is just 5 months old and will grow up into a little guy
Rudi and his siblings all arrived a few weeks ago, and they were all quite timid, but patience, time and love, has allowed this little boy to trust and become a puppy in his foster home.
This is what his foster mum has to say about him -
Rudi is a little dog with a big heart. He came to the UK on the recent March flight. He was absolutely traumatised by the whole event and spent the first few days literally with his head buried under anything .
Everyday he improves, everyday you see a little more of the real Rudi.
He is very curious about everything and that curiosity helps him face this very scary world.
He is slowly learning that he can trust us and will now jump onto our laps for a Rudi cuddle whilst watching the TV together.
He lives here with 3 Great Danes a mini pincher and a water dog and he has always got on well with them all. They also help him explore and learn the daily routines.
Rudi's ideal home would be an adult only home either with or without a doggy friend.
He has been fine when left. If he is going to be an only dog I think he would need an owner that was devoted to him. You need to be an extremely patience, calm, as Rudi really benefits from a no pressure approach.
He needs a secure garden as his current fears means he will run and hide if scared by something.
We believe that given time Rudi will be a devoted and affectionate dog.
If you think you have the right adult only home, or if there are teenage children they must be understanding of Rudiās fears.
A secured garden, someone that can devote the time and love required for Rudi to continue to learn and develop, in a quiet area.
Rudi is fully vaccinated, blood tests, brucella Canis test
