Pandora happily greets visitors and asks for attention.
Although Pandora is not very active dog, we think she would like a good amount of outside space to enjoy in her new home. She only goes to her kennel to sleep and prefers to be outside whenever possible. If she could be adopted where she could have a predominantly outside life, we would be thrilled.
She gets on well with the other dogs at the shelter and has formed a lovely friendship group with some of the other dogs.
Pandora is fine with low energy female dogs but she isn't as keen on the noisier females at the shelter and will show dominant behaviours with them if they fall out of line.
IDEAL HOME
As Pandora can be fussy about some females so it is probably better that she is in a home without female dogs, unless her adopters can cope with this type of character mix.
Pandora will be a great companion for a single person or a couple who want to give her all their attention. We would like her new adopter to be confident and experienced, as Pandora is quite demanding when there is food or attention and likes to be the first to have everything.
While she can be homed with appropriate dogs (she is very happy being with all her friends), Pandora could also be an only dog as long as she has appropriate canine interaction outside of the home.

Pandora was rescued from the municipal pound as she was struggling when we saw her. She was very depressed and not coping.

All of our dogs have an international passport (unless born in the UK) and are microchipped. They are fully vaccinated for standard diseases as well as rabies and kennel cough. All dogs are blood tested for infectious diseases including Leishmaniasis, Dirofilaria, Ehrlichia, Babesia, Anaplasma, Lyme and Brucella. All dogs, unless there are medical or behavioural reasons to not do so, will be sterilised. Pandora is sterilised. Please note that we will advise results and treatments upon successful application.
Adoption contract and fee, home check and lifetime RBU (rescue back-up) apply as standard.
