Nine year old, Uncle Bulgaria is a calm dog who loves to walk. He is as happy having a potter around and a sniff as going for longer walks where he can meet other dogs.
IDEAL HOME
Uncle Bulgaria is good with the dogs at the shelter but can be a bit growly if they get too close. For this reason, we think that Uncle Bulgaria would be better as an only dog or with a quiet female companion.
He would suit an active retired person or couple, although he is likely to fit into most homes.
BACKGROUND
This sweet older boy was at the municipal pound until being admitted into our care.
BREED
Uncle Bulgaria is a Bodeguero x terrier- the Spanish equivalent of a Jack Russell's here in the UK. They were bred to primarily hunt rodents in wineries.
Uncle Bulgaria is in Spain at the moment. He will be travelling to a foster home in the UK.

All of our dogs have an international passport and are microchipped. They are fully vaccinated for standard diseases as well as rabies and kennel cough. All dogs are blood tested for infectious diseases including Leishmaniasis, Dirofilaria, Ehrlichia, Babesia, Anaplasma, Lyme and Brucella.
Adoption contract and fee, home check and lifetime RBU (rescue back-up) apply as standard.
