Nova was bred by myself and brought back to me December 2024 due to her owners pet home not having time for her and referring to her as ‘reactive’ she was left to her own devices in the garden and was extremely bored and never given any purpose in life and only ever really ‘told off’ for being an excitable pup. She is so so lovely! Do not expect her to be a couch potato!
Nova had a trial session with Lincolnshire fire dept and was excelling however had to come back as their daughter was having a severe allergic reaction. (Their dogs live in house unlike police dogs that are kennelled)
She is not phased by new environments, new people, other dogs or loud noises and uneven surfaces.
I worked her alongside my team of Gundogs and she has a fantastic nose and room to this with ease so has the potential to make an excellent Gundog. She retrieved pheasant partridge pigeon and duck to hand.
Her downfall in the area is that she does not walk to heel off lead. I know this is something she can learn very very easily however with a newborn baby I have not got the time she needs to learn. She needs plenty of one on one and will

She is from fantastic working parents, she can be seen with her mum and half sisters.
Nova has :
-Good recall to her name. She is not fully whistle trained however has responded well to this whilst working with my other dogs.
-house Trained
- walks lovely on the lead
- walks close when on a walk but not yet walking to heel off lead. However I know that she will pick this up very quickly.
Retrieves dummies to hand. Not sitting and staying. YET
- she is very green but this will allow anyone to bring the girl on as they wish with their own stamp.
She is very kind and gets on with both dogs and bitches.
She is a small frame bitch weighing around 22kg
Nova was very nervous around my 2 year old daughter but after spending the past few weeks with us she will now walk quite happily with her and even goes over for a fuss and now wants to play with her. This needs to be noted however if you plan to have her around very lively handsy children.
She is currently kennelled and happily shares with dogs or females.
I really see so much promise from this young pup.
I think a working home would be best but I would consider an active pet home with experience of a working dogs. Another type of ‘work’ will also be consider so she has a purpose in life.
First person to see this girl will love her. She hasn’t had the best start in life so looking for her forever home.
