Three year old highway ball python (yellow belly gravel) I’ve had him 2 years , he is slightly smaller then he should be as he was on a hunger strike when I got him (about 9 months) and had to feed him smaller rats and slowly up the size to get him eating again. Currently eating 90-100g rats once a week (he won’t eat mice)
He is a very sweet ,friendly and active snake will happily sit with you or explore around the room or relax with you on sunny days as he enjoys being outside. And in the evening he loves to explore his tank so I like to move his decor around or add new stuff. He also likes to climb so I would recommend to add at least one tall item for him to climb on.
he did have problems shedding when I got him as he was on a wood chip substrate, but since changing him to my substrate he’s now shedding well as long as you spray his tank down every few days and once or twice a day during shedding and you will have no problems. He is on a substrate of coco fibre, orchid bark, sphagnum moss and leaf litter (this is just my preference) he also like to have a large bowl as he drinks a lot.
He has been handled by kids, I also took him to a petting day where he was handled by multiple kids, nervous people and had photos taken with him for a few hours and he was happy and calm the entire time. He’s never bitten. He has also been around dogs but I never leave them alone together. Would be a brilliant snake for someone who wants a snake safe for the whole family.
He’s about 2 and a half ft - 3ft long

Very sad sell as I really love this snake and I'm in no rush to sell him and will only sell him to someone who is willing to look after him as he deserves, only selling due to space and other commitments, but as I said no rush to sell
