Perry and onion are coming up to 1 years old and they are really sweet boys. Perry (brown and white) is quite social will let you pick him up but isn’t a fan of it he will more then happily come and sit on your lap though he prefers to be up high and is not a fan on wooden floors. His favourite treats are yogurt drops which you can buy in the small animal section in pet shops. But Perry will likely eat anything he can get his little paws on! His brother onion is very adventurous and not as social but is happy to approach people and will let people stroke/touch him. Onions, favourite treat is a boiled egg. He does not like to be picked up but If he is picked up he will just wriggle and squirm. Neither of them have ever bitten! They were socialised with some other male rats earlier this year However, those rats are no longer around as they have passed away. Both of the boys are well litter trained and go pee and poo in their litter tray. Unlike other rats I have had in the past, who will pee in hammocks. My reason for rehoming is because I got these boys earlier this year when I was at home all the time and was not expecting to go back into any form of education or employment however since then things have changed. I no longer have much time for them at all They have always been well looked after They’ve always been well fed, watered and cleaned But I find recently I’m not able to give them free room daily and so they have spent most days in the cage with no handling or free roam and that is not fair on them. I love these boys very much and will only be rehoming to someone who is able to provide these boys with a big enough cage and can make time to spend with these little guys. Price I am willing to negotiate as what matters to me is that these boys go to a good home.
