I have had these two since they were 3 week old hatchlings they will be 2 years old in July this year, they have been given a diet of weeds and wildflowers. As well as crispy salad when I struggle to find weeds.
They have been kept under a solar basking lamp and have had uv provided at all times as well as daily soaks up until they were 1 and now get a good warm soak a few times a week.
They have had calcium powder provided a few times a week as well as cuttlefish bone available at all times.
They have started to self soak in their dish :)
One is larger than the other as it has dominated the food a bit so I’d rather they went to separate homes..
They are still too young to sex but I had to put something on the listing- Ive for a suspicion the larger is a male.
They will need to eventually be provided with a very large and well insulated and heated outdoor enclosure (as they do not brumate) with uv and a basking spot, they will also require a large and very secure garden to graze all year round as grass is the main part of their adult diet (I do have adults here)
I’m only selling because my garden is not enough to sustain all my tortoises and they need such a lot of space and food so I’m going to focus on my two big ones :) any questions please feel free to message me
