Jax’s story is one we wish no dog would have to live. He has been let down by people more times than most and it makes us so sad for him. Jax was adopted as a 4 month old pup and was originally returned due to his owners ill health. He was adopted again where he spent almost a year in a home until he was returned again, for reasons we still can’t comprehend really. He went home again and was returned a third time due to a relationship breakdown. He found a 4th home…. Who on the day of his adoption, decided they no longer wanted to adopt him. His 5th home decided to return him within 24 hours, giving him no time to settle or decompress…. So Jax is back with us once again and hoping it’s 6th time lucky!
Jax is a very affectionate dog and loves nothing more than to lay on your feet wanting belly rubs... always!! He snores to let you know when he is fully relaxed 😂
Jax loves to go for walks but the lead can be a bit of a trigger for him. He can be reactive to other dogs out and about and some of his worries may redirect. He currently lives with other dogs quite happily.
Jax is not suitable to live with children or cats. He has previously lived with children and has been wonderful around them but after our assessment we feel he is best suited to an adult only home. He could live with another dog or as an only dog.
The most important thing for Jax is that he finds an adopter who will help him work through his reactivity or appreciate that he needs to avoid busy situations.

💚walks well on lead but can be reactive

Jax’s adoption fee is £250 and he is based in Worcestershire.
