He turned 1yr old on 7th feb
Has had BOAS surgery
Healthy and well
All vaccinations and all treatments required have been done and flea / wormer continue to be done as required. Booster due July 2025
Not yet neutered due to vet advice
House trained and knows what 'wee wee' means
Crate trained if and when needed but he has free run of the lounge when we go out and he's fine.
He hasn't yet managed to get downstairs so we carry him but he can go up them ( vet said best to not allow anyway due to risks with the breed & the spine )
He is a lovely 13.1kg
He is on fourthglade meat mixed with a specific wainwright's kibble twice daily although he doesn't always finish meals.
Walks lovely after the initial 2min excitement
He sleeps in his bed we have in our bedroom and sleeps soundly without issues
He absolutely loves his toys and he has loads! He gets very excitable when you tell him he has a new toy and if you tell him to get a toy he will bring one to play.
He can sit, paw, lay down and spin for a treat and he can leave a reward on the floor until you tell him 'yes'
Is excitable with visitors and we crate him for 10 mins to calm.
Is excitably reactive to dogs but hasnt actually come face to face with one or shown any agression
He does chase our cats 🤣
Goes mad for a football to the point we don't allow one anymore lol
So, he is the most loving boy, always wants cuddles and follows me everywhere. Beautiful colouring also - black, silver mearle.
He happily sleeps led next to me on the sofa most of the time lol
Our daughter is ASD, ADHD, SPD, tourettes and tics amongst other issues and unfortunately this is proving to be an issue at times.
He doesn't like the sudden change in temper, volume and meltdowns that occur and I whole heartedly feel his only chance at a truly happy life is with an owner who has a quiet and simple life. We believed getting her a new best friend would be beneficial however it didn't work that way and it isn't fair to my pooch
We have tried everything for months. Constantly trying to make this work!
The cats are not doing well which I hoped would correct itself but it hasn't even though we've had him since 8wks old.
Just wanting to be honest about the reasons behind this as I want to ensure the perfect home.
Hence I would suggest no young children, a quiet environment, no cats as they will be nuzzled and chased, he has never been agressive to them. Just wants to play ( unless they're happy with that ), dogs i can't comment on as said above.
He will of course be rehomed with all of his items.
Any questions please ask as he will not be rehomed to just anyone! He is literally my best friend and even typing this I'm in pieces. He is a proper mummy's boy and I'm worrying so much about how he will cope to the change so he must be loved the way I love him.
I also have a list of some items he cannot have due to allergies but he isn't as bad as the average frenchie. We also have him on salmon oil and vitamins each day
