❤️ Senior cat looking for his forever home ❤️
Meet Skinny Minnie, a gentle and loving older cat, estimated to be 10 years old or even older. He is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and treated for parasites.
He showed up on a lady's property in a very rough condition - hence the nickname. Once confirmed he had no owner, we took him on to offer medical assistance and rehoming support. Sadly he suffers with hyperthyroidism and must be on oral medication for life (which he happily takes). Since starting his medication, we can see he feels (and looks) much better.
Skinny Minnie thrives on love and companionship. Though deaf, he adores being talked to while you rub his paws, gazing at you with so much trust and tenderness. He has a unique love for chin scratches and head rubs (his little gremlin look will make you laugh!). He has brought nothing but joy to his foster mum. He loves cooked fish/chicken/salmon as well as wet/dry food. He really likes sitting atop the stairs to keep an eye on you – his little way of hanging out close to you but will never miss out on snuggling on the bed at night. He loves to play and use the cat scratcher.
Minnie uses the litterbox like a pro; he loves the comfort and warmth but equally he loves his outdoors adventures. He’s wonderfully interactive and easy to fall in love with.
Something to keep in mind: he does not do well with vet appointments and gets easily stressed. He currently lives in Hastings but we will consider homes anywhere within the UK.
