Description

My little girl had her first litter of pups on 12th June 2025. Their dad is also my big boy. My little girl has been a fabulous Mummy, very attentive, caring and a bit first time Mummy neurotic really. Head counting them constantly . I'm exactly the same, constantly on play ground duty and counting to 6. She has been a perfect Mummy. I'm so proud of her. She is a very loving and gentle girl and in her parenting that has shone through. Their dad is a wonderful boy, he is a big lad but still adores his cuddles. He is absolutely ball crazy and would play 24 hours a day. Pups where fed by Mummy up until about 5/6 weeks old . When the nipple biting started. I moved them on to Eukanuba puppy with the addition of puppy milk. I've tried to teach them not to snatch/ bite but to be gentle. So, I've been hand feeding them various foods, chicken, cucumbers, apples, oranges, blueberries, bananas and peamutt butter. They all adore 🥕. They have been played with, handled, rocked, sang to everyday. Poor souls, I call it singing! I've set up a little assault course for them and they have a ball pit. Due to recent rain , it's now bob an apple. It is wonderful to watch them try and catch the floating balls, they are a tenacious bunch, they don't give up until they have retrieved one. I've taken them out on car journeys as my pups all where terrified of the car and travel sick . If we've not gone for a drive we've just sat in the car and had a treat and they have had a climb around. They have been regularly groomed so are use to it and really seem to enjoy it. A few are rather fond of a belly rub 🥰, they have me very well trained. They have been surrounded by crates( abandoned by my big ones) some have liked to go in them and have a nap, the doors are always open. It's just to get them use to the idea of being crated and they understand they can go and hide away. There was a thunder storm the other day and I let them go outside and play and they where not at all bothered. They are use to most household noises. They have been bought up around my other adult dogs . Regularly see and hear farm cattle and heavy duty machinery. They however, have never met any children. They are very young and I cannot see that would be an issue. They have been adored and treated like my children where. They are full of licky loves😍 and very placid. They have been wormed and flea treated and health checked by my vet . They however have not had any jabs, as my vet said if they travelled outside my area . The initial injection would be pointless as different areas, use different vaccines and they would need to start the process again. Therefore exposing them to additional and unnecessary toxins. They have all been very healthy. They are very content, happy and loving little souls. I will be very sad to see them move on. But, it's just not feasible to keep so many. Over the past week they are all showing independence. They still clearly play together but they all now are happy to go off any explore on their own or just sit and sight see and take in the views. I know I've helped to give them a great start in life and they have been greatly loved by both Mummy and I . They are great little adventurers. Eat well, have very different tastes in food . Sleep very well. The toilet training indoors has been difficult, with 6 of them, puppy pads are just a source of shredding entertainment. We spend most days outside for many hours. They have been perfecting their retrieving, landscaping and excavation skills. They have dozens of toys but who knew a crisp packet could give so much joy? 😁
