DOGS: Very good with any, large or small, young or old, especially females
OTHER PETS: Friendly with cats, not good with chicken
CHILDREN: Good with children
Rescue Story:
๐ถ PHIL's rescue story is one of survival and second chances. He turned up one day near a shop in a small Ukrainian village. No one had seen him there before, and it seemed likely that someone had cruelly dumped him from a car. Phil was starving and, in desperation, began chasing chickens that roamed freely around the village streets and fields. Unfortunately, in a Ukrainian village, that's a serious offence for a dog. One morning, he was found poisoned and barely clinging to life. Thankfully, a kind-hearted woman from the village acted quickly, rushing Phil to a vet clinic. She got him there just in time, and the vet was able to save him. From there, he made his way to rescue, where he began his journey to find the love and safety he so deserves.
Detailed Information:
๐ถ PHIL is an affectionate and friendly boy who loves to be around people of any age and other dogs. He is calm at home, doesnโt cause any trouble, and forms bonds easily. His intelligence and eagerness to please make him a quick learner, and he enjoys playing and interacting with his human family.
๐ถ PHIL is also an active dog who loves his walks and enjoys being outside. Heโs good on the lead and adapts quickly to new routines. He would thrive in a home where he gets attention, regular exercise, and mental stimulation to keep his sharp mind busy. His temperament is calm, and heโs affectionate towards everyone he meets, including children.
๐ถ However, PHIL is not good with chickens, so a home without them would be best for him. Heโs looking for a family that can give him the love and consistency heโs been longing for, where he can feel safe and secure.
Ideal Family:
๐ถ PHIL would be best suited to a calm and loving family who can provide him with the stability and companionship he needs to thrive. A family with dogs savvy children would be good, as PHIL loves human company. A home with other dogs would also be a great fit, as PHIL enjoys the company of other pups. His gentle nature makes him a great companion, and heโs looking for a family who will provide him with regular walks, playtime, and affection.
๐ถ PHILโs sweet and friendly personality is sure to bring joy to any family lucky enough to adopt him. Heโs a quick learner, loves to be around people, and is always ready for cuddles and fun. If youโre looking for a loving, loyal dog to join your family, PHIL could be the perfect match.
Health Information:
๐ถ PHIL is fully healthy. Neutered. Has all core vaccines done, microchipped. All dogs are C. Brucella tested before the trip (owners will receive a licensed laboratory test certificate).
