***1 x grey Pearl hen, hatched 25/07/2023 (1yr 3mths) £35 very pretty fine lacing on feather edges. Was handreared as chick but is quiet & a little nervous of people, therefore to be an Aviary bird only. (Parents: Normal Grey cock x Whiteface Pearl hen.) Unrelated to other for sale. She is in last 2 photos.
***1 x Cinnamon pied hen (minimal pied markings on back of head), hatched 07/08/2024 (3 months old). £35 Part hand reared from 4 weeks due to parents plucking, was very head shy at first due to plucking, will sometimes step up onto hand, but can be a bit grouchy, can stroke but she doesn’t love it. Always on alert, crest raised in photos. In aviary by day, cage at night, as have been aiming to keep her tamed with her sister, but I think she would be happier as an aviary bird, she would choose to be away from people if she could. Still give a small evening hand feed as a treat, but she doesn’t need this, eating seed and salad well, very independent. (Parents: Cinnamon Whiteface cock x Pied hen.)
