Hello everybody this is Toby a 3 year old, small mixed breed. He is the sweetest most affectionate cat who loves everybody unconditionally and he deserves a home that can love him in return just as much.
I took Toby on last minute from a family friend who’s health rapidly deteriorated and she could no longer look after him. He was a little neglected but still very loving. I have given him a home with me temporarily for the last few months whilst i try to find him a forever family. Unfortunately i will be moving away in June so i am going to need to find him a home before then. As much as i wish i could take him with me, i cannot.
Toby loves cuddles and follows me around all day. He is a little playful and enjoys wandering around in the garden but he much prefers to have the attention of people. He has met dogs and has no issues with them and is great with new people and children. I don't believe he has a bad bone in his body and he has never scratched, bitten or hissed at me. He is litter trained and has never gone to the toilet anywhere else in the house nor has he ever sprayed, he has been very well behaved. As long as you give him lots of love he will be your best friend.
As i took toby on so last minute and the lady who previously owned him wasn't in a healthy condition i wasn't able to get any vets records of his. I can only presume he has recently been checked as he is fit and healthy, although definitely on he smaller side. I don't believe he has been chipped or neutered so he will need this in his new home, but he hasn’t had any behavioural issues because of this. If it is necessary I will take him to the vet myself and get this sorted before he goes to his new home. I know this is a little annoying but i believe his previous owner still did her best to look after him in her condition. He has been dewormed, deflead and vaccinated.
Although the listing says £50 (as this is a requirement from the website) i will not be asking for any money from his new family. My priority is finding him a good home i do not need to profit off of this. I am really desperate to find him a home before i move as the last thing i want to do is give him to a rescue. If you would like to come and visit him I'm perfectly happy with that. If you live further away I'm happy to drive him.
