Your queen will be kept in his house which is heated and insulated for 3,4 days. She needs to be on her 2nd day of her call and be healthy and not showing any signs of illness.
Her flee and worm treatment needs to be up to date.
If the first matting is not successful, the second one will be free of charge (within 6 weeks)
Your queen claws need to be clipped before visit and please bring her vaccination card as well
