Description

4 lovely female guinea pigs for sale - MUST STAY TOGETHER. We bought these girls in January 2022 at the age of 12 weeks and they have lived indoors ever since in a fabulous C&C setup. Unfortunately our circumstances have changed as I have become increasingly allergic to them over time. They are from 3 litters, so 2 of them are full sisters (the one with the white head with a rosette and the longer haired one that is climbing on the little bridge!). Included with them is their full cage setup (48 grid panels and over 80 connector blocks). I have absolutely loved this cage system as it can be reconfigured in so many different ways, you’d just need a different plastic base. I got my base from Cage Creations and they were really helpful and provided everything I needed. The girls have chewed through some of the plastic in places so I’ve had to block it with cardboard which they seem to leave alone, but perhaps you could treat them to a new plastic base or change the configuration completely so they have even more space to run around. I appreciate that I can’t dictate how they are kept once someone else has got them, but I’d really like for them to stay indoors if possible as they are not really built for the temperature variations in this country and don’t cope with the cold very well at all. They are fed on Fruity Fun mix pellets, of which I have recently bought a 10kg bag from Amazon that will be included. They have an unlimited supply of hay, which is extremely important for guinea pigs. They get a good handful of greens in the morning and again at bedtime, which again is very important for nutrition, but also for the entertainment value of their little squeaks when they head the fridge door opening! They have not been handled a great deal and are quite skittish, but are fine once you are holding them. I will also include the 2 cat carriers, 2 pairs of nail clippers, a brush, 2 water bottles and all of the food dishes. There are 2 large log tunnels, 1 small tunnel, a large bag of shavings and a plastic tunnel.
