Hello, i have a female royal python i rescued about 8 years ago. I rescued her when i was in a good position to be able to afford her and had the time to spend with her. Unfortunately i had an incident where i could no longer work meaning i could no longer afford to keep her due to her growing and needing up sizing with everything. I am very sad to let her go, but i need to do what is best for her.
She needs a larger vivarium, larger cave/hide, larger water bowl. I want to make whoever is interested in her aware that it will be costly and she does not come equipped with the correct set up that she needs. I am only willing to rehome her to someone with a lot of experience with snakes and again someone who has the funds to give her the life she needs and deserves.
i would also like to add that she can be quite temperamental, and currently cannot be handled, but definitely could if again someone had the time to do this with her. When i first got her she loved to be handled, so she could 100% learn again.
