We are full...Lack of fosters. But when I see how much a dog is misunderstood and mistreated, it’s very hard to refuse in helping. People are often quick to blame dogs, failing to see how their own mistakes provoke unwanted behaviour. And when a dog’s needs aren’t met, frustration grows. And having a call with former owners, I couldn’t refuse the dog... So here we are: Meet Armani, who is desperately looking for a kind, well-structured, loving home.

💔 Rescue Story 💔
Armani’s life has not been easy. He was taken in by his current owner a year ago, but his needs were never properly met. He has been kept on a poor diet of cat food and biscuits and has not been given the structure, guidance, and understanding he so desperately needs. Was never vaccinated, not microchipped (rescue will take care of it).
Recent incident, when he snapped at a kid led to demand his removal from the home. But those behaviours are signs of a dog struggling to cope, not a bad dog. Armani’s story is a classic example of how misunderstanding and lack of proper guidance can lead to unwanted behaviour.

Likes people just takes a couple of minutes to come round, but doesn't bark or show any aggression just a little unsure.OK with dogs, not that bothered by them. OK with cats.Loves going for a walk.Fully house trained Well behaved in the house with no chewing etc.He loves to play and loves fuss, but when he's had enough he will take himself off to his bed for a chill, Likes his own safe space.He likes to sleep on the bed with you. He will need time to adjust to a new home but once bonded he will be such a blessing."

🐶 Despite everything, Armani is a sweet and loving little dog who craves affection and structure. He is good with other dogs during walks and friendly with cats, showing a gentle nature around them.
He loves his walks, behaves well on the lead, and enjoys giving kisses and cuddling up near his person. Armani is house-trained and well-behaved indoors, even when left alone.
But his young life has been full of confusion, poor diet, and lack of proper boundaries. He needs a calm, structured home with someone who understands how to build his confidence and guide him with patience and kindness. We can expect he will be anxious during settlement time until will learn calm structured routine.

🐶 Armani would thrive in a peaceful, structured home where his boundaries are respected, and his emotional needs are properly met. A home without young children would be best for him, as he has shown luck of proper boundaries tendencies when overwhelmed.
He would do wonderfully with a calm, owner who understands the needs of small dogs and is willing to provide consistent guidance and a proper diet. His sweet nature and gentle personality have so much potential to blossom in the right environment.
