Toby is 10 years old, he comes with a custom made top table, that is 5ft by 2 so he won’t ever need a bigger inside table. It has a latch on to keep little ones from opening it and lots of accessories. All of his lights have been bought this year. He comes with extra lights, calcium, dry food (he’s not to fond of this), tortoise wheel and plants that I have been growing for him. Toby is an amazing tortoise, very stubborn, he knows what he likes and loves a roam in the garden. He loves cuddles and loves to dig, we use a lot of top soil mixed with coco coir in his house and he burys hisself or digs and he puts himself into brumation around October/November time. I’ve never used the fridge method. He can be huffy at times and bang on his cage to be let out, he’ll also put hisself to bed. He loves his routine, he’s not fond of a bath. He loves his greens/ flowers from the garden or strong florette in winter along with what ever else you can get. We always mix it up so he gets a variety. The tortoise table app has a lot of safe foods on he can eat. These tortoises do not eat fruit. Ever. Please note I won’t just sell him to anyone, this is heart breaking for us to rehome him as we are moving abroad, we want him to go to the best possible home. Please only enquire if you are serious and can commit to him. He’s used to noise, kids & animals (always supervised) . A van will be needed to collect as the table is very big.
