He is extremely smart and athletic, loves fiercely and has a huge exuberant personality that cannot be ignored! He is also a water baby and loves to go swimming and likes nothing more than snuggling up with you. Both Betsy and Hunter have excellent temperaments and are both loving dogs who have been raised as part of the family around other pets and family members. Puppies will have traits from both parents so ensure you know the traits of both breeds. They will also need regular grooming. These are large breed dogs and will stop growing around 2 years old. Puppies will be reared in our family home and they will be well socialised with people, our other dog’s and pets. We start our enrichment and socialisation from the moment they are born. The first 3 days is getting them used to our smell and touch, then from day 3 we start Early scent introduction and Early neurological stimulation, this is until day 16. These early exercises are to enhance the development of the brain and senses. As their ears and eyes begin to open we start to introduce sight and sounds to build up their memories so they become empowered to thrive in any new environment. As part of our enrichment programme we also expose them to car trips and visits to shops, pubs and parks to help develop confident individuals.
