TOBY was coming, now and then, together with another dog -which we think is his mother- to a school, where children were feeding them. The headteacher called the local Council who booked the dog-wardens to take the poor doggies to a kill “shelter”… A local fellow rescuer managed to postpone the dog-wardens and urged us to save Leika and Toby. So we did.
TOBY is a small / medium size boy, weighing around 10 Kg.
He was fully vaccinated and we’ve had him neutered, too.
TOBY is good with people and dogs.
He is playful and affectionate.
As well as all our dogs, he had a comprehensive (Brucella and 4Dx) set of Blood Tests, before coming to our modest Rehoming Centre ; he is a very healthy boy !
You can meet TOBY anytime, from the 2nd of May, in our place - NG14 6NY, but we can also bring him to Peterborough area and almost anywhere else in the country.

Home-Check (even done online, at times) is mandatory.
We do NOT supply dogs to non-genuine Dog-Loving people. There are all kind out there... can’t be too careful !
You must have your own garden and no children under 10 years old to adopt TOBY.
We do not supply work, assistance or service dogs, regardless of what noble/moral it would be !
We do not encourage breeding and we are actively involved in actions of neutering stray dogs.
Should you adopt him, TOBY will reside as a PET in your Home and will be well looked-after and loved !
You will also agree to keep in touch with us - so we can help with any issues.
Our preferred method of contact is over the phone or WhatsApp - as we work during the day, with limited access to emails ; it is also more expedient - we can exchange most information in one go.
We are a 100% genuine and transparent Rescue and are doing substantial efforts to save these lives. We reserve the right to ask any / different price / donation for our rescue dogs - depending on circumstances. In most cases, we are not covering the costs !
We keep in touch with all adopters - more than 500 families, so far. On request, we can obtain & provide good references from any of them.
We receive a high number of pointless messages or calls and we do not afford wasting time…
Therefore, Please, Please - NO TIMEWASTERS !
