DescriptionDue to time wasters you have to come to me, waisted time on a potential home by getting to the destination for them to then ghost me
•House trained
•Recall trained in an area with minimal distractions like fields.
•Gets on well with pretty much all dogs he's met, big and small and has lived with male and female dogs.
•Doesn't resource guard, can easily take toys off him with the command 'out'.
•Crate trained over night & while out.
•None destructive when left alone
•Knows basic commands like sit, paw, spin, down, leave it, sit pretty, crate., 'get down'.🤣
•People friendly.
•Will ignore dogs and things on walks as long as you have a ball or toy in your hand.
•Loves a cuddle but will also lay independently.
•Will settle down as soon as people in the house settle down.
•Doesn't steal food.
•LOVES water!
•Loves to play with balls and toys.
•Not sensitive to touch on ears, feet, legs & tail.
•Very fast learner, loves training.
•Can be as athletic as needed.
•Has lived with/shared a house with 4 other intact males at different times & females.
Areas that need work:
•Learning to settle outside of the home, stopping on walks or waiting outside shops, sitting down for something to eat while out.
•Needs work on the lead, will pull it not distracted with a ball/toy. Will react to dogs if he is stood still but won't if distracted with a ball or toy.
•Not cat friendly
•Will chase birds
•Loves to chew, so needs plenty of toys and chew bones etc.
•High prey drive.
•Not neutered yet.
Overall a really nice dog that's well mannered in the house, needs a good amount of exercise and mental stimulation to keep happy. Would suit an active pet home and has the potential to get involved in sports like canicross and bikejoring. Using a weight harness would be a very good idea for pulling on the lead and giving him a 'job' at the same time.
In short, he is the perfect dog for an active household and a very loving boy, and just needs the right home to give him the chance he needs.
