Description
Absolutely lovely dog,
Unfortunately life circumstances have changed and I can no longer keep him
The price is to assure a good home and because a lot of work has been put in with him
He is a fantastic dog with a lot of love to give.
Inside the home he is relaxed and chilled (unless you have visitors, he will bark at first until the visitors have greeted him)
He comes from a home with children and is super good with them.
He knows a few different commands including find it, which could be anything we have done hide and seek outside with the children and he will find them, we hide treats and items and he will find them.
He knows get your ball and will hold it in his mouth for walks.
Drops it when you tell him too
He does commands such as, sit, lay down, on your bed and paw/high five (shake), come here and leave it.
He is a big softie, saying that he is a strong dog and does still pull on the lead when he is first taken out once he has had a run he doesn't pull on the lead anymore.
He doesn't like pedigree food, we have been feeding him the brand butches tripe with biscuits
He is not so bothered about food he will lay down and wait for you to finish with the kids he doesn't bother them with food either.
Most the time, he will leave his own food and feed himself slowly through out the day, though he does have them hungrier days and sometimes will eat all at once.
He loves roped toys (never last to long, though)
He also loves balls, and he has a strong ball (after the amount of tennis balls we got through)
He had a bouncy ball and loved it, we haven't replaced it yet but he would bounce the bouncy ball on concreate and catch it, like playing fetch with himself!
He has his bone and toys, and he also comes with a crate, which we do use for when we are out.
He is good with other dogs. He does bark when on the lead, but off the lead, he doesn't bark and will play with other dogs.
When out and about we do call him back before he sees another dog because he will run up to them and try and play though the other dog may not be friendly so will notice the dog first, put him back on the lead and once the person confirms their dog is friendly we can then do greet and meet.
He also comes from a home with two cats, one cat is absolutely fine with him and he's fine with her, the other cat is not impressed by his presence at all, but even with her.. he will just look at her whilst she's cat growling and walks away when we tell him too
Fully house trained, will whinge to go out to the toilet and is relaxed.
Outside he has a lot of energy and is hyper
He is wormed and flead, he is also microchipped I have all the details for you to take.
He is ready for his new home straight away.
We are all heartbroken about him not being able to stay, just with the change of circumstances recently we are not able to keep him and give him the space or time he deserves.
He loves puzzles and games to keep him entertained and busy.
He really is amazing with a fantastic personality, he really likes being around people, whether it's laying in the living room because we are there, or following us upstairs to chill down with us... he sleeps downstairs during the night, we have a stair gate up, which he can jump over or push open, but he doesn't he will wait for us in the morning and then roam around
Can open door handles and gates, (can't get out of the crate, he will moan (whinge and bark) when we go out but does calm down
You hardly hear a peep from him when in the home, he loves to be praised (good boy) and he loves to be stroked his happy place is where the people are!
I think I have managed to mention everything, but please do message and ask any questions I may have forgotten to mention
