2 shy female netherland cross rabbits. They are medium-sized rabbits (like dutch, and mini lop-sized), but do have short, netherland-like ears. They are used to being indoors or outdoors, with dogs around. They are thought to be roughly 6 months old and are ready to go now.
They were produced by accidental breeding and are not from my pet bunnies. I have taken on numerous bunnies in order to help their previous owners get back to a manageable number.
They appear to not have been handled as much as we were told they were, and are nervous when seperated or when being handled. We believe they have a good potential to be great pets, once some more handling work has been put into them, but we don't have the time to give them the attention they need. We feel they would be best to go to an experienced home, or new owners with enough confidence to handle the occasional tantrum.
We believe they are sisters, and would like both girls to go together, since they are more confident together. The listing price is for BOTH rabbits. 1 rabbit was photographed om the astro turf, the other on the cushion.
They have been with us for over 35 days, which is longer than the 31 day gestation of a rabbit of their size. They've also not been with any males since arriving. We are therefore very confident that they are not currently pregnant.
These rabbits are not currently spayed or vaccinated.
All rabbits come with change-over food. Collection from Thornhill, SO19.
