Frankie, as you can see, is an absolute beauty of an 8-year-old German Shepherd Dog who is being rehomed privately by his owners. He is in Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear.
This gorgeous boy is very much loved and well looked after, but unfortunately, he has started to become very anxious due to his owner’s medical conditions. When his owner blacks out, Frankie takes himself into a different room and hides. It’s a terribly sad situation for everyone involved, but for Frankie’s well-being, they sadly have no choice but to find him a new home where he can relax and enjoy life once more. His owner told us “Frankie is the most adorable, kind and loyal dog I’ve ever owned“.
Frankie hasn’t lived with dogs or cats before, so a home where he will be your treasured only pet is what he is seeking. Frankie has grown up with his owner’s children – their son was 3 when they got Frankie and their daughter is 13 now. Adorable Frankie is perfectly behaved with them both so he should be happy to live with well-behaved, properly supervised children who are used to big dogs.
Lovely Frankie is absolutely fine to be left for a few hours on his own. His daily walking requirement is about 20-30 minutes and he absolutely LOVES the car! He’ll happily jump in and sit in the car whenever he can.
Frankie loves cuddles and spending time with people. At his current home he loves to go to the kids’ school, and the kids all come over and fuss over him on the car park. What a dream this boy is! He also clearly enjoys an amusements arcade…
Frankie is neutered. He has had hock dysplasia since birth. He’s on Galliprant anti-inflammatory medication, from the vets, and those cost around £1 a day.
Prospective adopters will be carefully home-checked.
