It’s with a heavy heart and a lot of deliberation that I have to rehome Cara.
My circumstances are due to change which means I will not be home much with a lot more working away.
Cara is a loving dog with lots to give. She is very energetic and loves a good walk and is a great jogging partner.
We took her on in January as a companion for my older girl Dot after Poppy had passed. Dot couldn’t be on her own.
My mum has taken Dot back as a companion for her other dog- they were together while Pop lived her days out, and was missing her.
Cara prefers to be with dogs, but ok on her own.
No cats or other small pets. She is ok with older kids but I wouldn’t trust her around young children- another reason we can’t keep her. We were told she was ok.
She does pull on the lead- we have a harness and jumper that calms her- they will go with her.
I’d like to see her go to a good home with someone who has the time to give her
