Pixie has been with us in foster care longer than any of our dogs.
She was incredibly neglected when she came to us, matted and thin and for the first 2 days she lay in her bed shaking.
She has changed beyond recognition and is now a very happy girl, confident and loving. She is very food driven and loves fruit, she will do anything for a treat.
She is now looking for a really good home where she will be a great companion for someone.
She lives with dogs cats and children in her foster home and gets along with all of them.
We would rather not home her with very small children under 8 due to her size and previous bad experiences although she has never once been grumpy with any child or adult. We just feel a quiet home would suit her better
She is a very friendly girl who loves cuddles.
She is housetrained and a really sweet and clever girl.
We do not use kennels. All of our animals are cared for in foster homes until they find their forever homes, this gives them time to adjust if they have lived in an outdoor environment.
All of our animals come with 7 days worth of food and 5 weeks insurance from Agria Pet Insurance, as-well as lifetime Rescue Backup.
Microchip transfer is completed by us.
Adoption is subject to a home check and adoption contract. In some instances an initial home check may be able to be completed via video call.
Once we have received your application someone will be in touch to discuss her and arrange a home check if you would like to proceed.
If an application is not successful on this occasion we will contact you to ask if you would like to be placed on our waiting list.
