Description
Meet Simba and Pikachu (Pica) this pair have been together since kittens and have a very close unbreakable bond. They they can never be split. They MUST stay together. Simba is a male lilac tabby. he is an extremely beautiful cat! he is registered with GCCF and has champions within his bloodline however Simba has never been a show cat. his personality is even more beautiful than his looks. he loves to be fussed by everyone he meets. people tend to fall in love instantly, he is very confident and he has no trouble letting you know he wants a stroke or two. he is a lap cat and will curl up on the warmest lap. he is so easy going and doesn’t mind being held like a baby! Pica is a female chocolate point. she is the shyer one of the pair and will often follow Simba’s lead when meeting new people. But when at home Pica rules the Roost! she often pushes Simba out of his warm spot and has her pick of the food bowls. Pica is not GCCF registered. she has had some health problems along the way. She has lost a few teeth so needs to fed on a soft food diet. she also gets a dry bit of skin on her chest that she can irritate with licking. although this does not happen often. once acquainted Pica will always choose your lap to rest, loves a scratch behind the ear and when she decides will happily play a game of fetch. Simba and Pica are not related, they were born days apart in January 2017. they are a happy couple, they are very affectionate to each other and always sleep together. they have had 4 litters together and were outstanding parents to their little kittens! i did not home them to be a breeding pair so were nurtured a few years ago. Up until 2 years ago they were kept as indoor cats. there came a point that i could tell that they were not happy. i knew my area is safe for them to explore and i decided to let them out. they are so much happier now! they come and go as they please. often choosing to stay in after dinner. it’s important that both still go out and roam. so can not be homed near any main roads. Simba and Pica are the most amazing pair of cats that i have ever cared for. if i had any other choice i would not rehome them. I have a 3 year old Autistic child whom displays distressed/aggressive behaviours when the cats meow. Simba at times can be very vocal and they both let you know they are there when dishing up dinner. this is to no fault of Simba and Pica and a sensory issue for my child. for the past 2 years i have tried everything to keep my fur babies but now it’s time to admit defeat. Pica’s personality is changing, she is far more nervous now of other people, her environment and noise. She needs a quiet home to help her get back to herself. I would prefer both to go to a quite calm home with no children. This really is a heartbreaking decision for me and i want them to live in a place that’s right for them so please expect lots of questions about you and where you live! if you have any questions please contact me. price is negotiable to the right home
