Herbert is a 1 year old Doberman. He is very friendly. He currently lives with 2 children and 2 cats and is great with both. He loves other dogs and has been going out with a dog walker and many other dogs 4-5 days since he was old enough to go for walks. He currently lives in a pub so is very well socialised with people too. He is fully house trained.
Reason for Sale:
The reason I have decided to find a new home for Herbert is I’m a single mum, with 2 young children and a business to run. Herbert is a high energy dog and I just can’t help but feel he would be better suited to a home where someone can devote more time to him. He really deserves that! His perfect home would be on a yard/ farm or with someone that can walk him a lot and he can be with them. He wouldn’t suit a home where the family went to school/ work all day and he was left alone.
Since he was a pup he has come to work with me every day and while he does enjoy this, I work in an office and he would love to be able to run/ play all day.
He really is a lovely kind boy but he has bags of energy and I don’t feel like I’m able to provide the best life for him at this stage. Any new home would obviously be fully vetted!
