Very reluctant sale of my dog, Paddy, due to changes in circumstances and his very nervous nature I am having to let him go to a home that can offer him more than I can at this time.
Paddy is 9, I have had him since a puppy and he has grown to become very nervous and reactive. I struggle to walk him on a lead because of his nerves. I think if someone had the time to work on it he would become much more confident but I don’t have this time to give him unfortunately.
However in the home he is a lovely boy, have never had an issue with our children, other dog and pets although I’m not sure how he would react in a home with dogs he doesn’t know so may be better suited being the only dog.
He is not neutered on advice from a previous vet - he is so nervous that neutering would only make him worse.
Paddy will bark a lot when people he doesn’t know enter the home but with careful introductions he will be your best friend very quickly! He loves attention and his favourite place is being on the sofa next to you.
