2 year old arlo the dachshund, we have had arlo since 9 weeks old unfortunately due to a change in circumstances we have no option but to rehome, he is very energetic, loves his walks, house trained, great with kids however doesn't like being picked up all the time and doesn't like anyone touching his blankets/toys (only if he brings them to you to play), and he is fab with other dogs although hasn't lived with one, house trained, he sleeps in a cage of a night ,he is on wet&dry food 2 times a day, he is the most loving dog it will be sad to see him go but we want the absolute best 5 star home for him he has had all his vaccinations and had his booster on 28th December so isnt due again until december 2025 , must be able to come and visit him so he gets used to you, he will come with 2 cages,leads, harnesses, basically everything you will need for him, although he is great with kids ideally would prefer him to go somewhere with older children
Arlo cannot be rehomed with cats as he was attacked by one as a puppy so has now become reactive to them, ideally would like him to be rehomed by someone with experience with the dachshund breed & would be perfect if one is already in the home so it would make settling in a little easier, he does have slight separation anxiety however this is getting better over time
