This is Loki, our loved 2 year old Beagle. He will be 3 on the 22nd July.
With heavy hearts we are needing to find a living and devoted home for our boy, through no fault of his own. We have since had disabled children and cannot devote the time and attention he needs and deserves, nor is our lifestyle right for him.
Loki is absolutely amazing with young children, growing up with our autistic 5 year old, so patient and loving.
He loves other dogs and loves to socialise.
Not been cat tested as of yet however he has quite a high prey drive given his breed so we think he'd be best in a home with no cats.
He would love a home with a dog friend, however will settle without one.
Loki knows lots of tricks and will wait patiently for our command for food or to move when told to stay.
As of yet Loki cannot be trusted off lead in a open area as he will chase any scent he picks up without listening, but is great on lead - we use a halti to stop any pulling he may do when excited, but this is only if he hasn't been walked in a while.
We do not give Loki hard bones/animal products such as pigs ears unless hes in his crate as he can guard them but he's absolutely fine without them and having just jumbones and other treats.
He has no medical issues and is up to date with his vaccinations. He is microchipped but unneutered. He is crate trained and can be left alone for longer periods. Loki would suit an active household, lots of hikes and new places to explore.
He comes with everything, crate, leads, toys, blankets, food, coats, grooming etc. 5 star home only for our boy and lots of questions will be asked. Thanks for reading.
