It is with my deepest regret that unfortunately I have to rehome my gorgeous male cocker spaniel (Milo) due to no longer being able to give him the love and attention that he needs due to a career change that I was not expecting, leaving me working long hours and days and having no alternative but to try and find a lovely and kind family who can give him everything he deserves in the world. Milo is a gorgeous cocker spaniel, he is two years old, born 5/11/2022, fully up to date on his boosters and he has not been neutered yet. Milo enjoys lots of attention and long walks, however due to me not having the time necessary for him I believe it would be in his best interests to go to a new house that has lots of time for him to train him, give him attention and walk him. Milo is not the best off the lead as he gets over excited, however I’m sure with training available he will definitely be able to pick this up as he is a very intelligent dog. He would be best suited to a house with a male, authoritative figure as in my household I live with my grandma and I think he has lacked the authority which he would benefit from. On a night time Milo does suffer with separation anxiety as he is a very loving dog and loves kisses and cuddles however with the correct amount of attention and exercise throughout the day I find that he is calmer and happier on a night time. He currently sleeps in the kitchen in his crate but I leave the crate door open throughout the night so he has the freedom if he needs. This was not an easy decision for me to make however I have tried to balance work life and having a 2 year old cocker spaniel for about a year and I believe it is more selfish of me to keep a gorgeous loving dog from the life that he deserves and a home that can give him more than I can.
