1 female looking for a forever home. She is still very reserved.
She spent the most time with her feral mum and has been separated for the last 2 weeks but I’m struggling to really get her to trust me.
I’ll have a good day with her, I’ll sit with her for a while, she’ll let me stroke her and she purrs so quick. She’ll purr before I’ve touched her.
By this time usually my kids will realise I’m missing, enter her space and all progress is lost.
I unfortunately don’t have the time she needs to learn to trust. She doesn’t attack. Or hiss at us. Sometimes she’ll stay close to me when I’m changing litter or pouring food.
She does have her back to me often now when she’s eating so I guess not all progress is lost.
We do have an understanding but just not friends yet.
