*NEW PHOTOS EVERY WEEK* Wowzers Schnauzers is delighted to announce that we have welcomed two gorgeous litters of Miniature Schnauzers, Zeffy (black & silver parti) and Whoopi (black & silver) are the mums and Lenny (chocolate & tan) is the dad.
Our adult dogs are our beloved family pets first and foremost, most of our Schnauzers come from American bloodlines and have the thick soft megacoats and the original “forgotten” colours that are popular over there. They are all Kennel Club registered, DNA health tested and also BVA eye tested annually, copies of their paperwork can be seen and will be included in the puppy pack. The inbreeding-coefficient for these litters is 0.0%. We have been vet inspected and hold a current three year licence with a five star rating (22/00089/AWBRE) from our local authority, Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council. We are also registered with HMRC.
We are highly experienced professional/full-time home breeders, not hobby breeders. All of our dogs are our family first and foremost, looking after their needs and caring for their puppies is a full-time job. Raising the best quality healthy puppies with lovely temperaments for their new families is always our aim.
Our puppies are born in our living room and raised there for the first five weeks, that way we can keep a close eye on their growth and development, there the puppies become associated with all the usual household noises and begin the weaning process. At 6 weeks old, when they're almost fully weaned from mum, they move in to a room just off the kitchen that has easy access to a secure outside area where we start the next phase of toilet training. They then get used to going in the garden and become accustomed to all the outside noises, particularly our busy road, they will also enjoy socialisation with our other adult dogs and our family and friends.
We raise our puppies how we would like them to be. This means they are vet checked, BVA eye screened and wormed with Panacur regularly. They have their first vaccination (Nobivac L2) and health check at seven weeks old, the final vaccination is due from 10 weeks of age and must be compatible with the first. They are weaned on a natural complete raw diet from Natural Instinct which we believe is the most biologically appropriate type of food for dogs. We start toilet training early with puppy pads in the whelping pen, then by 6 weeks old we take them outside to toilet train, at 7 weeks we remove all puppy pads, meaning by the time they leave us they are well on the way to being house trained and dry throughout the night. Puppies can leave us from eight weeks old, which will be around the second week in February. We are very happy to personally deliver our pups to their new homes if needed (rather than using a pet courier).
We believe socialisation is extremely important, so our puppies get to meet plenty of people, go for car journeys from a young age, they are groomed and handled regularly and they learn to play with our adult dogs. They will be used to lots of household noises and we show them the busy road outside our home while giving them lots of reassurance. Our aim is to give our puppies the very best start we can. Schnauzers are known for their confidence, intelligence and laid back nature, these puppies will make brilliant family pets with the correct care and training.

Our breed-standard coloured Mini Schnauzer pups are £2000 (including £400 deposit), our chocolate & tan and parti coloured Mini Schnauzer pups are £2500 (including £500 deposit). Our deposits are fully refundable if you change your mind after meeting us. We do not price our pups based on predicted adult size but we do sometimes have smaller Mini Schnauzer puppies, known as Toy size, as adults they can grow to between 4-6kgs. These puppies all have beautiful megacoats which are non-moulting thick and soft. The price of our puppies reflects the time, effort and care we take with all of our dogs and their puppies, our costs have also gone up quite considerably more recently.
Viewings are available when the puppies reach 5 weeks old. We take lots of photos and videos so you can see your puppy’s progress and we are always available for support and advice. Happy to chat on the phone.
