Brazilian Black Tarantula, I have owned since it was a few weeks old. Its around 5 years old, not fully grown yet. I'm not sure if male/female. Comes with enclosure and all bits inside.
Unfortunately with a 1 year old in the home, it just isn't safe for either of them.
I've always called it ponchito, it's a very calm/docile species. Eats mealworms/small/medium crickets weekly. Last molt was around 5 weeks ago. It's definitely due another molt soon due to the colouration of the abdomen.
Happy for anyone to come and have a look or I can send more photos if needed. Although I don't handle it frequently it will tolerate being held.
